Our goal is to give you a better understanding of the property being inspected with your best interest as our primary focus. Our home inspection includes many areas of your home, from the foundation to the roof and all the major systems of the house including electrical, plumbing and heating/air conditioning.

As a NYS certified home inspector, my whole purpose is to identify problems and provide you with important details and information you may have overlooked. My goal is to give each client a thorough and unbiased evaluation of their new or existing home, so they can feel confident with their decision. All homes deserve a professional home inspection.

We perform inspections 7 days a week at whatever time is convenient for the client. We prefer to perform inspections in natural daylight or at least begin and be able to finish the exterior at that time. The client will receive a full report shortly after the inspection.
